In response to the budget crunches most educators are currently facing, Telian-Cas Learning Concepts, Inc., is  offering two types of scholarships (worth up to $250) to help get Lively Letters and Sight Words You Can See into the hands of the students who need them.

TLC LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIPS – For those living in or outside New England:
Eligible candidates for this scholarship are all administrators, literacy coaches, college professors, curriculum coordinators, and the directors of Title One programs, literacy teams, special ed. departments, speech departments, and reading clinics. This scholarship is valid towards any TLC sponsored presentation of the 2-day Reading with TLC, Parts 1 and 2, or the 1-day Reading with TLC Condensed seminars.

TLC TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIPS – For those living outside New England:
Many educators living outside New England are concerned about the travel expenses that would be incurred by attending a Reading with TLC seminar in New England. Eligible candidates for the Travel Scholarships are any individuals who live outside the New England states (outside MA, RI, CT, NH, ME, VT). One does not need to be in a supervisory position to receive this particular scholarship. This scholarship applies to any New England presentation of the 2-day Reading with TLC, Parts 1 and 2, or the 1-day Reading with TLC Condensed seminars sponsored by TLC.

Scholarship Details

1. Each applicant must fill out the application form.
   
   
2. The scholarships cover seminar fees only. The scholarship is worth $250 for those attending the 2-day seminar, Reading with TLC, Parts 1 and 2. For those attending the 1-day seminar, Reading with TLC Condensed, the scholarship is worth $125.
   
   
3. Any materials purchased will not be covered by the scholarship.
   
   
4. The scholarships will be awarded on a first come, first served basis, and the qualified winners will be notified promptly to allow ample time for making necessary arrangements.
   
   
5. Scholarships are not applicable to Reading with TLC, Part 3 “Putting TLC to Practice” seminars.
