To have the correct page of text line up with each picture, you may have to take the following steps each time you view it on the computer (recommended):
  1. After downloading the book, open the document.
  2. Click VIEW on the toolbar, then click PAGE DISPLAY, and click TWO-UP.
  3. Click VIEW on the toolbar, then click PAGE DISPLAY, and click SHOW COVER DURING TWO-UP
